We recommend using a simple and free service like Google Forms to create the information request and then using the link provided in a template button within Chronopitch. Google Forms allows you to design an electronic form and create the questions and answer formats for your information requests. The necessary feature of any electronic form creator is the ability to access a web link to your created form. Copy this web link and then paste it into a button in your Chronopitch template builder. This will give you a professional looking email link for your customers to access the form you created. You can use the form creator itself to set up notifications for when your contacts submit their information.
