In your PITCHcrm account, you may create unlimited contact lists and customize the types of customers included in your campaigns. There are two different types of contact lists for you to choose, a dynamic list and a static list. Dynamic contact lists will continually update with new or updated customers from Chronogolf, so customers will automatically be included in the correct lists in PITCHcrm. A static list will not update customer details automatically, however, static lists allow you to pick specific contacts to include in your list. In most cases, you will want to use a Dynamic type contact list.
To Create a Contact List:
- Log into your PITCHcrm account.
- From the Dashboard, click the Contacts menu and select List Manager. Select Add New in the top right corner.
- Enter a name for the new list, and choose the list type, Dynamic or Static, then click Next
- Use the criteria in Advanced Search to filter the contacts to include. Click Search.
- Click Save to save the new list.
To View, Edit, Download, or Delete Contact Lists:
- Click the Contacts menu to View, Edit, Delete, or Generate a contact list.
- Click the list number to view or search list and review the List Health Module.
