Awesome, you have successfully created and sent your first campaign in PITCHcrm, now we can view the results of sent campaigns. There are two different ways to view results in PITCHcrm depending on the information you need. To view overall campaign results like delivered, opened, clicked, and more in your campaign manager. If you want to find the campaign history for a specific contact, you will need to use the contact manager. Let’s discuss this in more detail…
Viewing Overall Campaign Results:
- Login to your PITCHcrm account.
- Navigate to Campaigns, located in the Campaigns menu.
- Click on the name of the campaign you want to view. Use Generate and select campaigns to export the results into a .csv file.
- Here you will see the results and the overall Open & Click percentages of this campaign. You can click on these numbers to view each individual send to each contact. OR 'Resend' a campaign to the contacts in a results category.
- The Generate button will allow you to export a list of contacts for each send category.
Viewing a contacts campaign history:
- Select Manage Contacts from the Contacts menu.
- Use the search bar or Advanced Search to locate a specific contact.
- Click the email address of the contact you wish to view.
- Here you will be able to view which campaigns the contact was included in, and whether or not a campaign was delivered, opened, or clicked.
- Note the ‘Email Status’ for a contact. If the status is invalid they will not be included in campaign sends, and must be re-validated.
