Self Help & How-To Articles:
- Log into your PITCHcrm account.
- Click the ‘Help’ button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Type a keyword or question in the search bar to search our library of help articles & videos related to that topic. Press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard.
- Choose an article or video related to your search from the list.
Contact PITCHcrm Support:
- If you are unable to find what you need in our help articles, select the ‘Contact Us’ option.
- Enter your name, email, and provide a detailed description of the help you need or problem you are having.
- Add any attachments that may help us better understand your needs.
- Click Send. You will receive an email to confirm your support ticket and a member of our team will respond very soon.
