Using the 'Help' button and contacting PITCHcrm Support

Self Help & How-To Articles: 

1. Log into your PITCHcrm account. 
2. Click the ‘Help’ button in the bottom left corner of your screen. 
3. Type a keyword or question in the search bar to search our library of help articles & videos related to that topic. Press ‘Enter’ on your keyboard. 
4. Choose an article or video related to your search from the list.

Contact PITCHcrm Support:

1. If you are unable to find what you need in our help articles, select the ‘Contact Us’ option. 
2. Enter your name, email, and provide a detailed description of the help you need or problem you are having. 
3. Add any attachments that may help us better understand your needs. 
4. Click Send. You will receive an email to confirm your support ticket and a member of our team will respond very soon.
