Tips for Improved Delivery
- Adding Pitch DNS Records to your company domain. This is not required to send emails, but it greatly increases the chances of your emails delivering to Inboxes instead of Spam. DNS works to validate Pitch as a sender of emails from your domain. (Domain = the text after the @ symbol in an email address)
- We highly recommend using a company Domain as the From/Reply To address in Pitch. It is possible to use a free email account (like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc), however, doing so will increase the likelihood of emails delivering to contacts Spam/Junk folder.
- Opt for an address that starts with something like gm@companyname.com or johndoe@companyname.com. Noreply@, Info@, and contact@, can also be a flag for spam checkers.
